Cheeses such as quark (curd cheese), cottage cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, mascarpone, mozzarella, goat cheese and feta cheese.|
|Seeds and nuts||All nuts, pits and seeds such as hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, brazils, pecans, macadamia nuts, cashews, coconuts, pine nuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds.
|Vegetables and salads||All kinds of lettuce, raw and cooked vegetables (except for potatoes, sun choke, curly kale, black salsify and cooked tomatoes), all kinds of mushrooms and sprouts such as bean sprouts, alfalfa, cress, lentil sprouts, etc.
|Herbs and spices||All fresh and dried herbs, all kinds of spices for seasoning such as ginger, garlic, chives, parsley, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, etc.
