Examples of food combining proteins:

Cooked, roasted or grilled meats and sausages All kinds of meat: pork, beef, lamb, poultry, deer, ducks, etc., and all kinds of meat sausages
Cooked or fried seafood (fish and shellfish) All kinds of seafood such as mussels, scampi, crabs, lobsters, tuna, halibut, etc.
Eggs Whole eggs but also egg white only (egg yolk belongs to neutral foods)
Milk and dairy products – partially – All kinds of milk, several kinds of cheeses containing up to 50% FDM (fat in dry matter)
Soy All soy products: milk, smoothies, sauces, tofu, soy franks, sausages, burgers, etc.
Fruits – partially –
Berries (except for blueberries), pit fruits and drupes such as nectarines, peaches, plums, sour apples (sweet apples belong to carbohydrates), citrus fruits, kiwis as well as other exotic fruits
Drinks – partially – Fruit juices, fruit teas, dry wines, sparkling wine, cider
