Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain toast
1 banana, sliced
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon hazelnuts, finely chopped

How to:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread butter and carob powder on warm toast.
  3. Add banana slices and top with finely choopped hazelnuts.

Variation:
Use other nuts, except for peanuts.
