1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 slice sunflower seed bread (e.g. from Mestermacher)
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Spread cream cheese on bread, top with tomato slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives.
Top the cream cheese with ½ bunch of watercress (stems trimmed) and then add the tomato slices.
