Time: about 10 minutes
1 large head of cauliflower, steamed until very tender
5 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of almond butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon sweet paprika powder
½ teaspoon cumin
Combine cauliflower, garlic, almond butter, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper in food processor. Process until smooth. Add water one tablespoon at a time for a thinner consistency, if desired.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with paprika, cumin, and parsley.
