Neutral: Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

1 lb green asparagus, trimmed
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese or other neutral cheese, freshly grated
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp salt

How to:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add paprika and garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus and salt and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place asparagus on a service platter and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

Variation: Sprinkle asparagus with crumbled feta cheese.
