Neutral: Avocado Smoothie

green smoothieA green smoothie will give you an extra portion of healthy vegetables. A great way to start your day.

Serves: 1
about 3 minutes

2 cups lettuce
1 cup cucumber
½ ripe avocado
3 cherry tomatoes
½ cup spinach
1 celery heart stick, cut into ½” sections
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

How to:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more water or almond milk if you like to thin your smoothie.
