Neutral: Baked Stuffed Pesto Mushrooms

Ingredients:
12 mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
4 oz pesto of your choice
5 oz full-fat cheese, grated
salt
pepper
1 tsp olive oil

How to:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Wipe a baking dish with about 1 tsp olive oil.

3. Place mushrooms in baking dish and fill each with about 1 tsp pesto.

4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
