Serve with grilled meats or grilled vegetables.
Time: about 10 minutes
1 garlic bulb, chopped
1 green Jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1. In a small sauce pan, combine garlic, Jalapeño pepper and vegetable broth. Stir well and simmer for about 4 minutes on medium low heat or until garlic is soft.
2. Let it cool.
3. Put sauce in a blender or food processor. Add water and olive oil and process until smooth.
4. Serve with grilled meats or grilled vegetables.
