Neutral: Tzatziki Sauce

Serve Tzatziki with grilled veggies, grilled meats, or use it as veggie dip.

Serves: makes 3 cups
about 10 minutes


½ English cucumber, peeled, finely sliced, squeezed (important as otherwise the sauce will be watery)
16 oz plain full fat Greek yogurt
3 cloves garlic, pressed
½ tsp salt, or to taste
⅛ tsp white pepper

How to:

  1. Combine the sliced and strained cucumber with the yogurt, pressed garlic cloves, salt, and white pepper.
  2. Mix well and add more salt to taste, if needed. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
