No-Nos in the Food Combining Diet

The FCD should not take away your joy of eating. The opposite should become true. It may sound like a contradiction therefore that there are certain ‘forbidden’ foods. If you seriously want to lose weight, you have to avoid the foods listed below. If you are a chocolate lover, then enjoy one piece of chocolate once in a while.
